Mission

He/she has an overall view of the OHE and Cloud 1.0 plateforms (IaaS, PaaS, ALM, automation) and will be responsible for the delivery of the defined Strategy. This person will lead a team who will deliver the solutions, manage the products and the evolutions.

Functions

• Defines the roadmap for the different products of the portefolio
• Actively provides feedback for Patterns, Standards, and Architecture to ensure feasibility, operating model, P&L and customer alignment are taken into account
• Monitors and manages the build of the IaaS, PaaS, ALM and automation.
• Helps identify problems, risks and threats to the building of the IaaS, PaaS and ALM and defines corrective measures.
• Provides guidance to all teams of the CCC and steer them from a product perspective.
• Explains and evangelize the products to the impacted teams and other important stakeholders
• Ensures proper support for units.
• Reviews and assesses Cloud Strategy and standards to align platform with business objectives and new technology directions.
• Manage the P&L of the different products.
• Ensure the products are correctely lifecycle.
• Work closely with architecture, operations and CCOO to ensure end to end delivery of the products.

• Knowledgeable of the banking and financial services industry
• Proven experience of Cloud and IT infrastructure developments
• Have a clear understanding of cloud computing and IT infrastructure services/deployment architecture
• Have delivery experience and strong result orientation focus
• Have a clear understanding of cloud computing and IT infrastructure security
• Have experience leading large global product teams in a complex environment
• Have experience defining roadmaps based on customer requirements
• Are comfortable generating automated metrics to measure service and program effectiveness and consistency
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
