Mission

We are looking for a software developer profile with knowledge of security and operations to join Banco Santander’s Global SOC engineering team. With the aim of promoting automation, reuse and agility in the development of micro services in the area of CyberSecurity.

Functions

• Requirements taking, design, planning, develop, execution, documentation and delivery of micro services and middleware.
• To have a transversal technological vision in the DETECT area.

Requirements

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, Cyber Security, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Competencies

• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript..
• Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net..
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber..
• Familiarity with API development and usage..
• Knowledge of relational and No SQL databases.
• Knowledge of security development best practices and frameworks.
• Ability of understand and design data models.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• General desktop os and server os knowledge.
• Familiarity with network general knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem.
• Good problem solving skills.

Experience

• 5+ years Legal background and/or experience in law enforcement investigations, ideally working on matters related to cyber-crime, information security or data privacy.
• At least three years of experience as full stack developer.
• At least two years of experience as system administrator in Windows, Linux/UNIX and database environments.
• At least one year of experience in Cybersecurity environments.
